I'm new to the area and came to this location for a haircut and what I had asked for was a 2 blended to a 3 with a hard part and top scissor and when broke sat me down I told he what I wanted and she just went and chopped the side of my hair and I was like why would u do that and she said I'm done you can wait and she the MANAGER Kathy would fix it then she didn't have a clue what a modern undercut was and I expanded to her what I wanted then she was messing it up told me I needed to go back to Illinois to the sport clips and they can fix it they was really unprofessional and both was really rude not a good place to go it you just moved to Florida from another state I was so upset I had to go to the sportclips on 6 miles cypress and nessa the manager was so awesome and they was a lot better and I gave her a 20 tip for fixing what the manager didn't do Nd throw the card at me told me I can go somewhere else to fix it I was like wow and she said wow is right I've never had this experience before I will not be going to the market square location poor customer service and not very welcoming she poor attitude not good for you business but nessa was very welcoming and understanding ill be go to her location the other need some mager help
