I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Fort Myers, but I may have to change. The last three haircuts I got were bad. I did not receive the haircut I requested, or even close. My wife laughed at the results. They took the cutter and took it down to no hair against the instructions I had just given them. I am giving you one last chance to get it right and then I will be changing to stylists at a different shop. Loyalty only goes so far. If you can't hire better stylists, then I can't visit your shop.
